 Yes, our meats are sourced from the highest quality HALAL butchers.

How much is a side, single and family portion?

All sides are approximately 70 grams, all ‘single’ portions are approximately 200grams and all ‘family/4-6 persons’ portions are approximately 1.2Kg.

How will I know what the food contains?

In the menu section of our website is a list of the ingredients.

How do I prepare my food?

All heating instructions can be found on the lid of each package. These will be specific to each meal.

How long do the meals last?

Generally all meals stay fresh for 3 days after delivery if kept refrigerated. If you plan to eat the meals after 3 days, please freeze them once delivered to ensure freshness. However, read the instructions on the lid for each specific meal or contact us directly. 

Can I freeze the meals?

Absolutely, we recommend that you freeze the meals on delivery day if you plan on eating them more than two days later.

What if I have allergies?

What if I’m not satisfied with the food?

Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. If food arrives damaged then send us a picture and you’ll be refunded or provided with a replacement.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Order before 2PM on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to receive your food the following day.

We offer Weekend delivery in London and Surroundings, to arrange an order contact us on  020 3488 7387. 

What if I’m not going to be home?

The delivery will be left with neighbours or you can specify where you would like it to be left at checkout. If a safe arrangement cannot be found please be sure to have your phone on as the driver will contact you. If nobody answers, you may potntially lose your food. 

How will I know where my order is?

As soon as your order is picked up by our couriers, you will be receive an email with a tracking number.
