Local Delivery (within 10 Miles of Heathrow):

• Days: Monday to Sunday
• Please select your preferred delivery date during checkout. If your desired date is not available, you may proceed with your order and then contact us immediately at bobboscuisine@gmail.com with your order number to discuss specific arrangements.

Regional Delivery (outside the 10-mile radius):

• Days: Tuesday to Friday
• We use a selection of trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Our food is freshly prepared and shipped in insulated containers to maintain optimal temperature.

Additional Information:

• During peak periods, delivery slots may be fully booked several weeks in advance. For urgent delivery inquiries or to place 'emergency orders,' please contact our support team for assistance.
• If you are not available at the time of delivery, your order will either be left with a neighbor or concierge, or at a location specified by you prior to shipping.
