1. What is your weekly meal prepping service?

Bobbos Subscription Meals offers a weekly meal prep service tailored for busy individuals. Our service ensures a hassle-free way to enjoy authentic Egyptian cuisine throughout the week. We handle the meal planning, preparation, and delivery straight to your doorstep.

2. How does the meal prepping service work?

Our meal prepping service works in a simple and efficient way.

Each week, we send out a new menu via email every Sunday featuring four main dishes and one dessert. Our culinary team prepares these meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients the next day. Depending on your location, meals are delivered every Monday in London or Tuesday if you're outside London.

3. What types of meals do you offer?

Our menu primarily features a diverse array of Egyptian dishes. Occasionally, we invite guest chefs from various cuisines to increase the variety of our offerings. Typically 3 out of 4 meals comes with a protein like chicken, beef, or fish, accompanied by nutritious sides and vegetables. With over 50 unique main dishes, you'll only repeat a dish once every three months at most, depending on their popularity and requests.

4. Why do you only offer a 4-Day plan?

Historically, we have experimented with 3, 4, and 5-day plans, and the 4-day option has consistently been the most popular. It provides a balanced approach, allowing room for personal cooking or dining out, making it the preferred choice among our subscribers.

5. What if there are some particular dishes I do not enjoy?

We value individual taste and dietary preferences. Upon subscribing, you'll receive a personal meal card to specify any general requests, dietary restrictions, or even list your favorite and least favorite dishes. This helps us tailor your meals to act as your personal chef.

6. How long do the meals stay fresh?

All our meals are freshly prepared and packaged on the day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness and taste. If you are based outside of London, they are prepared in the evening and are delivered the next day in insulated containers to maintain their temperature during transit. 

Our meals can typically be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Each meal comes with a label about its shelf with instructions on storing/freezing. If a week includes some meals with a shorter shelf life (i.e. some pasta dishes), the guides on the labels will guide you on what we recommend you eat first and what can be kept for a later date. 

7. How do I reheat the meals?

Reheating is made simple with detailed instructions provided with each meal. For any additional queries on reheating or storing meals, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp on +020 3488 7387.

8. What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

We take dietary restrictions and allergies seriously. Please inform us of any specific needs when you fill out your personal meal card so we can accommodate your requirements safely.

9. What is your no contract policy?

We vouch for flexibility and understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, our service is tied to no contract meaning you can  skip, pause or cancel your subscription at a short notice. Payments for the week come out on the previous Friday so any action will need to be taken before then.

Example: Imagine the next delivery is on Monday 7th of a month.
You would need to skip, pause or cancel your weekly subscription before Friday 5th.

It is worth noting that if you skip or pause too many weeks we may cancel your subscription to allow somebody else to join from our waiting list, as due to limited capacity and focus on quality, we only allow a certain number of subscribers at once.

11. Can I expect other benefits as a subscriber?

Yes! Subscribers enjoy priority access to new products and events, and receive a 5% discount on our products. This discount can be applied to any additional dishes you wish to order alongside your subscription or applied for any event you may want to host.

12. Do you offer a referral programme?

Yes, our referral program is a significant part of our success, with many of our current subscribers joining us through recommendations.

Here’s how it works:
- If you know someone who might be interested in our meals, simply refer them to us.

- When they sign up and mention your name in their custom meal card, you both benefit.

- For every new subscriber who joins and stays for at least a month based on your referral, you both will receive a week's worth of free meals. This is our way of saying thank you for expanding the Bobbos community and sharing your positive experience with others.
